Patient Guidelines

New / First-Time Consultations (Under the direction of Dr. Rajan Dubey)

→ Consultations are strictly by prior appointment only.

→ New cases can be taken offline (in-person) or online (via voice/video call).

→ Each new consultation may require 2–3 hours, which includes:

    • Detailed case-taking by the resident doctor
    • Case discussion with the Chief Consultants

→ This time is essential to understand the patient holistically, including:

    • Physical symptoms
    • Mental and emotional state
    • Lifestyle and environmental factors

(In homeopathy, treatment is individualized and based on the totality of symptoms rather than just the disease diagnosis.)

→ A registration fee of ₹500 is applicable, which is adjusted in the initial consultation charges.

    • This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Appointment rescheduling is allowed only once.

    • Only one cancellation and rescheduling will be permitted.

→ Consultation charges may vary depending on the diagnosis and disease pathology.

Follow-Up Consultations

→ Follow-ups are scheduled every 15 days to 1 month, depending on the case.
→ Follow-ups can be conducted via:

    • Phone call, or
    • In-person visit (with prior appointment)

→ Only pre-confirmed appointments will be entertained.
→ On-call follow-ups:

    • Conducted by the resident doctor handling your case
    • Discussed with the Chief Consultant before prescribing medicines
    • Medicines will be dispatched accordingly

→ If a direct consultation with the Chief Consultant (voice/video) is requested:

    • An additional non-refundable charge will apply

In-person follow-up with the Chief Consultant:

    • Consultation is free of cost
    • However, prior appointment is mandatory
    • Cancellation may attract applicable charges

Medication Continuity / Gaps

→ If there is a gap of 2 months or more in taking medicines:

    • A minimal consultation fee will be charged for restarting treatment

→ No extra consultation charges will be applied if the patient is regular with medications and follow-ups.

Medicine Dispatch Services

→ Medicines will be dispatched only after confirmation of payment.
→ Available delivery options:

    • Porter service
    • Speed Post
    • Self-collection from clinic

→ For postal delivery:

    • Patients must provide a complete address with PIN code
    • Additional courier charges will be applicable

→ Patients may also:

    • Arrange a porter from their end, or
    • Collect medicines personally from the clinic
